David Goldberg has over 35 years of experience in private equity and finance. Mr. Goldberg became active in consumer lending, asset based lending and private equity, arranging over $1 billion dollars of equity and debt funding to emerging growth businesses and investment managers in the fields of real estate, medical, energy, equipment, cable television and telecommunications. Mr. Goldberg later founded Collection Services Group which quickly became one of the nation’s prolific buyers of non performing consumer debt. Mr. Goldberg remains active in servicing performing and non-performing loans as the founder and Chairman of National Recovery Associates, Inc. Mr. Goldberg is the managing member of Goldberg Capital, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in advising accredited/institutional investors and emerging growth companies in the areas of consumer lending and capital structure with a focus on procuring all stages of lending capital for consumer loan originators.
